Each year, employees have two occasions to meet with their Counselor/ Manager or HR executive to discuss their career aspirations as well as expectation. This discussion focuses on your career pathway at RSM, development opportunities, and how we can help you to achieve your goal.

RSM has a clear sponsoring and welfare program for employees with ACCA and CPA certificates. You will receive the sponsorship for all the expenses if you have not started the course or monthly welfare paid with salary if you already got the certificates.

RSM offers a performance bonus for employees who refer new customers to the company. This program includes one-time and ongoing jobs.
